Why do we train with Battle ropes and kettlebells?

Battle ropes and kettlebells are a great way to sculpt your muscles while improving co-ordination.

You can do them at home, in the gym or anywhere you have access too equipment!

You also don’t need much experience to get started making them an excellent choice for everybody.
